  1. Valid Booking: Visitors must have a valid booking or ticket for the selected city tour.
  2. Tour Confirmation: Private city tours are considered confirmed only after receiving an official confirmation email.
  3. Meeting Point: Visitors must arrive at the designated meeting point stated in their booking confirmation.
  4. Punctuality: Visitors should arrive before the scheduled starting time. For group tours, delays should be communicated directly to the guide using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.
  5. Waiting Time: For private group tours, the guide will wait for up to 30 minutes. Any waiting time reduces the remaining duration of the tour. If the group does not arrive within 30 minutes, the tour is considered completed and the full charge applies.
  6. Group Size: A maximum of 25 participants per city guide applies to group city tours. Larger groups may be divided among several guides.
  7. Tour Duration: Private tours are available in different durations, including 1–2-hour and 3-hour options. Entrance fees to attractions visited during the tour are generally not included in the guiding fee.
  8. Language: Guided tours may be offered in several languages, including English, German, Italian, French and Spanish, subject to availability.
  9. Visitor Conduct: Visitors must behave respectfully and follow instructions from the guide and staff at any attractions visited during the tour.
  10. Photography: Personal photography is generally permitted during outdoor sightseeing, provided it does not disturb the guide, other visitors or activities at visited attractions.

  16. Changes to Itinerary: The tour route, sights visited or duration may be modified because of weather, events, construction, closures, safety requirements or other operational circumstances.
