Cancellation Policy
Tickets for the Göreme Open Air Museum purchased through the official Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism ticketing platform may be returned within 14 days, provided that the withdrawal request is submitted within the applicable period and the required ticket is returned according to the official procedure. Refunds are subject to the Ministry's ticketing terms and conditions. If the museum visit is booked as part of a guided tour or travel package, the cancellation and refund conditions of the respective booking will apply.
