- Commercial photography, professional filming or organised photo shoots may require prior permission.
- Visitors should not photograph worshippers in an intrusive or disrespectful manner.
- Children must remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult.
- Security checks may be conducted, and certain bags or items may be restricted.
- Food, drinks and other inappropriate activities are not permitted in designated prayer areas.
- Certain sections may be temporarily closed due to maintenance, restoration, religious activities, official events or security requirements.
- Opening hours and tourist-access arrangements may change without prior notice.
- Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Since general entry is free, there is no standard admission-ticket cancellation or refund policy for an ordinary visit.
- If the Grand Mosque is included in an organised Bursa sightseeing tour, the tour operator's cancellation and refund policy will apply.

The Grand Mosque (Ulu Cami) in Bursa is an active place of worship and does not generally require an admission ticket or reservation for general visits.
