Capri Island is a public destination and does not require an admission ticket for a standard visit. Therefore, no cancellation or refund policy applies to visiting the island itself. Any separately booked tour, boat trip, ferry, attraction or organised activity is subject to the cancellation and refund terms of the respective operator.
