Activity Policies

Specific Policies:

  • Age Restrictions: Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Activity Specific: The Glass Bottom Boat tour and the snorkeling experience have age restrictions. For example, the snorkeling experience is open to visitors above 6 years old.
  • Diving: Certified divers can dive with their certification, while non-certified divers can participate in a Discover Scuba program, according to the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo. 
  • Accessibility: The venue is mostly wheelchair and stroller accessible, with the exception of the Rayn Encounter and Penguin Encounter sections. 
  • Photography: Photography is allowed, but flash photography is prohibited. 
  • Arrival: Visitors should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. 
  • Payment: Credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments are accepted.
  • Cancellation: Free cancellation is usually available up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
