• Voucher Redemption: For most tickets, you'll need to present a voucher (either mobile or printed) at the Aquaria Phuket ticketing counter to exchange it for a physical ticket. 
• Non-Refundable Purchases: Some purchases, especially those made through third-party platforms, may be non-refundable once confirmed. 
• Specific Policies: Each merchant or service provider may have their own cancellation and rescheduling terms, so it's essential to check their specific policies. 

Ticket Types and Cancellation Policies:

• Flexible Cancellation Plan: If you select a flexible cancellation plan when booking for Thai residents, you may be able to cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start time and receive a refund 
• Standard Cancellation Policies: If you don't have a flexible cancellation plan or miss the deadline, standard cancellation policies will apply, and you may not be eligible for a refund. 
• Rescheduling: For any unexpected reasons to reschedule, it's recommended to notify the booking platform or service provider at least 24 hours in advance.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
