- Passengers must remain inside the cabin and follow staff instructions while boarding and during the journey.
- Visitors should not lean against or interfere with doors, safety equipment or cabin mechanisms.
- Children must remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult.
- Large luggage and equipment may be subject to the cable car operator's restrictions.
- Visitors should follow designated boarding and disembarking procedures.
- Operations may be delayed, suspended or modified due to strong winds, severe weather, technical issues or safety requirements.
- Visitors should respect other passengers and keep the cabin clean.
Terms & Conditions
- Ticket Requirement: Travel on the TITLIS Rotair is subject to a valid ticket or package covering the relevant cable-car journey.
- Booking Confirmation: Pre-booked tickets are confirmed according to the terms of the selected ticket or tour provider.
- Operating Schedule: The cable car operates according to the published timetable, which may vary depending on the season and operational conditions.
- Weather Conditions: Operation may be affected by strong winds, storms, heavy snowfall, poor visibility or other adverse mountain conditions.
- Safety: For safety reasons, the operator may temporarily suspend or restrict the service when weather or technical conditions require it.
- Service Changes: Departure times, operating routes or services may be changed because of maintenance, technical issues, weather, safety requirements or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellation by Customer: Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific TITLIS ticket, fare or tour package purchased. Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Operator: If the service is cancelled by the operator, an alternative journey or refund may be offered according to the applicable ticket conditions.
- No-Show: Guests who fail to use a booked service or miss a scheduled departure may not be entitled to a refund, depending on the fare conditions.
- Personal Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The operator is generally not responsible for loss, theft or damage.
- Children: Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult and comply with applicable safety requirements.
- Conduct: Passengers must follow the instructions of TITLIS staff and comply with all safety regulations.
- Liability: The operator is not responsible for delays, interruptions or cancellations caused by weather, technical problems, maintenance, safety restrictions or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Cancellation Policy
The TITLIS Rotair ride is included in the return Engelberg–TITLIS ticket. Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable TITLIS ticket or package purchased. Please refer to the booking confirmation for the specific cancellation deadline and refund conditions.
