- Visitors should walk carefully, as the ice floor and passages can be slippery.
- Visitors must remain on designated paths and inside the marked visitor areas.
- Touching, damaging or climbing on the ice sculptures and ice structures is not permitted.
- Children must remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult.
- Visitors should wear warm clothing and suitable footwear due to the sub-zero temperature inside the Ice Palace.
- Visitors must not enter restricted or staff-only areas.
- Photography is generally permitted for personal use, provided it does not disturb other visitors.
- Access may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance, safety or operational requirements.

- Access: Entry to the Ice Palace at Jungfraujoch is subject to the operating schedule and availability of the attraction.
- Opening Hours: Opening times may vary depending on season, weather, maintenance and operational requirements.
- Ticket: Access may be included in a Jungfraujoch ticket or package, depending on the fare purchased. Additional attractions or services may require separate tickets.
- Booking Confirmation: Pre-booked tickets are confirmed according to the conditions of the relevant booking provider.
- Arrival: Visitors should allow sufficient time to reach Jungfraujoch and follow the schedule stated on their ticket or tour voucher.
- Weather Conditions: Access to Jungfraujoch and the Ice Palace may be affected by severe weather, technical problems or safety considerations.
- Operational Changes: The Ice Palace or sections of the Jungfraujoch experience may be temporarily closed for maintenance, safety or other operational reasons.
- Cancellation by Customer: Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific Jungfraujoch ticket or tour booked. Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Operator: If the booked service is cancelled by the operator, an alternative arrangement or refund may be offered according to the applicable fare conditions.
- No-Show: Failure to arrive for a booked tour or scheduled transport may result in no refund, subject to the ticket conditions.
- Safety: Visitors must follow staff instructions and observe all safety requirements while inside the Ice Palace.
- Personal Belongings: Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. The operator is generally not responsible for loss, theft or damage.
- Children: Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
- Liability: The operator is not responsible for delays, closures or changes caused by weather, technical issues, transport disruptions or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Cancellation Policy
Access to the Ice Palace is included with the Jungfraujoch experience. Cancellation and refund conditions are therefore subject to the terms and conditions of the Jungfraujoch ticket purchased. Please refer to the booking confirmation for the applicable cancellation deadline and refund conditions.
