courtyard rooms have balconies overlooking the hotel's central
courtyard. Features include: Individually controlled room airconditioning/heating.
Studio Rooms include a kitchenette, washing machine, clothes dryer
and balcony. These rooms are ideally suited for long stay guests.
Riverview
Suites are ideal rooms for VIP's as they are a larger size with
panoramic views across the Parklands and Yarra River. Townhouse
Apartments are ideally suited to long stay or twin share guests
as they are fully self-contained and feature two fully separate
bedrooms with balconies and a fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities
include a washing machine and clothes dryer, as well as a lounge
dining area and two remote control televisions.
Our
spectacular Riverview Apartment is an octagon shaped two-level
suite incorporating two master bedrooms, kitchen/lounge area,
washing machine and clothes drier, spa and balcony with 300 degree
views. Access to upstairs dining/meeting room via spiral staircase.

depot, Tracks offers a casual and relaxed atmosphere in which
to sample a range of local and international beers and wine,
possibly over a nice cigar! Complimentary bar snacks and happy
hour on Friday evenings. Monday - Saturday (6 days) 5:00pm
