FACILITIES
: The
264-room resort offers over 3500 square meters of meeting, conference
and banqueting facilities including a 940 square meter ballroom,
a second 858 square meter ballroom, and four additional individual
meeting rooms. The Grand Foyer, a spacious 1428 square meters of
marble lined pre-function space, is beautifully accented by panoramic
floor to ceiling windows.
Both ballrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art meeting room technology,
high-speed internet laptop access and multiple telephone lines.
Individual temperature controls, sound proofed walls and partitions
combined with luxurious conference seating enable delegates to focus
on the contents of the meeting in comfortable surroundings.
The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa can accommodate conferences
for up to 900 people and yet the hotel retains its sense of intimate
elegance, with its many secluded seating areas providing privacy
and comfort. Meeting delegates are valued and cared for as individual
guests rather than as members of a group.
The state of the art conference facilities are complemented by a
team of certified Conference Services professionals, who are able
to work in partnership with meeting planners to create a truly memorable
event. A dedicated Conference Services manager works side by side
with the organizer throughout every phase of the meeting. The Business
Centre is conveniently located in the lobby next to the reception,
and is staffed with competent professionals eager to help with technical
assistance, equipment rental and secretarial services.
Bahrain is rapidly gaining popularity as a conference and incentive
destination; the city offers traditional Arabic hospitality in a
rediscovered oasis in the Arabian Gulf. |
