LOCATION:
The Hotel
Tirena was named after Tirena, the mountain nymph from the pastoral by
the renaissance playwright form Dubrovnik, Marin Drzic (1508. 1567.).
The hotel is located in a park with Mediterranean plants. It has a large
TV lounge beside an aperitif bar, which serves hot and cold drinks.
RESTAURANT:
The
Hotel also has a 450-seat restaurant inside the building and 168
seats restaurant on the large Hotel terrace, built out above the
shopping center. During the summer months the very popular see-food
dishes with a fine selection of wines are available in the terrace
restaurant
The Mediterranean food and atmosphere is augmented by the music
dance and songs of the Lindo folklore group form Dubrovnik and the
harmonious male voices of Klapa singers.

The
four floors of the hotel have a total of 150 rooms. Twenty-eight
rooms have balconies and see view. All other room look out over
the Mediterranean park and 123 of them have balconies.

by the Hotel we have a well supplied shopping center, post office,
chemist shop, art gallery, souvenir shop, and a number of a la carte
restaurants, clubs and coffee shops. This is where you will be able
to find everything you may need for your holiday from foreign newspapers
to beach equipment - all in the one place.
The guests of the Hotel can also play tennis on the nearby tennis
courts, and everything needed for water sports is available on the
nearby Copacabana Beach.
In
addition to the hotel taxi-service, which is available for hotel
guests 24 hours a day, there is a regular local bus to the old city
every 10-15 minutes. |
