A unique, free-standing restaurant set within the resort featuring
three interconnecting beachfront pavilions with a centralised
courtyard. Specialising in 'home-style' traditional Thai cuisine
and 'Catch of the Day' fresh seafood specialities. Choose your
favourite seafood from the seven-metre-long antique wooden boat
and have it cooked to perfection in your preferred cooking style.

Warm and welcoming, with light-toned wood furnishings and touches
of vibrant Mediterranean decor. Guests can enjoy alfresco or indoor

Located at the garden level, with a magnificent view of our picturesque
Elephant Fountain and our open show kitchen with wood-burning
pizza oven. The restaurant features a breakfast buffet and a la

free-standing pavilion featuring authentic Asian noodles and
Western specialities cooked in our show kitchen. The open terrace
gives magnificent views across the hotel's free-form swimming

Guest rooms at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin are a haven for relaxation

art. The 204 rooms include a three-bedroom Presidential Villa,
three Deluxe Suites, five Executive Suites and two Junior Suites.

rooms feature a private balcony and, with garden level rooms,
these form an additional living area, ideal for families. The
spacious bathrooms have a sliding window that opens into the bedroom
and are complete with amenities and a separate shower stall. Other

for meetings and conferences. Located on ground level, adjacent
to the main Lobby, the banquet facilities are immediately accessible
via the main driveway with its own private porte cochère.
There are six function rooms, including a Grand Ballroom, that
share the same access entrance, with a common rectangular pre-function
area.
The
Grand Ballroom has a separate entrance and its own private pre-function
area. The main function room can be divided into three sections
(Regency I, II and III) with floor-to-ceiling soundproof partitions
that can accommodate from 40 to 240 people, as well as a boardroom,
drawing room and areas for outdoor events. All rooms have floor-mounted
