JIANG
Mei Jiang is an oasis that promises a serene dining experience.
This gourmet restaurant of the East offers fine Cantonese cuisine
prepared by a resident Chinese chef who has devised banquets for
royalty and heads of state.
The interior of Mei Jiang is reminiscent of an exquisite Chinese
teak box. Sliding lattice panels on the windows open to reveal
a tranquil pool, a surprise element reflecting the strong role
of water in Thai culture. Coloring relies on organic, earth tones,
with blues and greens, transposing the lush landscape and surrounding
waters viewed from the restaurant. An adjacent area may be converted
into five private dining rooms. Mei Jiang is located on the ground

& THE RIVER TERRACE
Cilantro, located on the ground floor of the hotel, is a casual
all-day dining restaurant serving Thai and Asian specialties,
as well as an international buffet and à la carte menu.
The River Terrace, the restaurant's alfresco extension, adds the
