RESTAURANT
& BAR :
Toh Yuen Chinese Restaurant A contemporary Chinese restaurant,
commanding a spectacular view of our landscaped pool, showcases
a great selection of authentic Chinese cuisine, specializing
particularly in Cantonese dishes. The city's only dim sum bar,
the restaurant seats approximately 150 people, incorporating
four private dining rooms, where Master Chef Lee has delighted
many distinguished palates with his brilliant creations. Toh
Yuen offers an excellent dining venue for associates, friends
and family.
Genji Japanese Restaurant A traditional and elegant atmosphere
characterises the Genji Japanese restaurant, which has developed
a highly acclaimed reputation for serving the finest in authentic
Japanese cuisine. We fly in only the freshest ingredients, directly
from Japan, to supply the famous weekend buffets for which the
restaurant has become renowned, including signature delicacies
of teppanyaki, sukiyaki, tempura, sushi, sashimi, udon, assorted
maki, particularly the famous California roll, and a variety
of salads and desserts.
Caffe Cino Great tasting coffees from the finest beans,
home-baked panini, ciabattas and deli sandwiches with imaginative
fillings, scrumptious pastries and decadent sweets amid a laid-back
