LOCATION: Set
on the beautiful, gleaming white sands of Sanur beach, the Bali Hyatt
hotel faces a tranquil lagoon, fringed as far as the eye can see by
a coral reef, and set amongst 36 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens,
with more than 600 different species of flora and fauna.
Just 15 kilometres from Bali's airport, Ngurah Rai International Airport,
and within easy access of Denpasar, Kuta and the shopping village of
Ubud, Bali Hyatt is a village within Sanur Village, an oasis on a paradise
island.
The
hotel lovingly features alang-alang thatched roofs, natural wood finishes
and local fabric throughout the rooms and public areas, integrating
traditions of Balinese hospitality to take the hotel into its third
decade.
RESTAURANT:
The
restaurants and bars at Bali Hyatt present the best of international
cuisine in a relaxed, tropical atmosphere. The five restaurants
provide a tempting array of authentic dishes from around the world
- a range of styles which encompasses European bistro-style cooking,
traditional Balinese and Indonesian specialities, fresh seafood
and grilled fare, authentic Italian pizza and pastas, and Cantonese
and Szechuan delicacies.
Cupak
Bistro and Grantang Bar - The Cupak Bistro and Grantang
Bar are named after twin brothers, characters in the famous wayang
kulit puppet show. The light and breezy Cupak Bistro specialises
in European bistro-style cuisine and Asian favourites, offering
unbeatable value for money in a relaxed and casual environment.
Wantilan
Café - Located on the ground floor, adjacent to
the Cupak Bistro, Wantilan Café is an elegant venue with
traditional Balinese village pavilion architecture and alang-alang
roof. It's the perfect place for breakfast, where a sumptuous buffet
can be enjoyed on the terrace as the morning sun rises. The famous
Rajalaya-style rijsttafel is the restaurant's main attraction for
dinner, accompanied by Balinese and Indonesian specialities and
classic Western dishes.
Telaga
Naga - Telaga Naga is our authentic Chinese restaurant,
serving Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine. It is set among tranquil
lotus ponds in its own private tropical garden, just across from
the hotel's main entrance.
Pizza Ria - The Pizza Ria, located
right on the beach, is an open-air trattoria that serves authentic
Italian pizza and pasta dishes. Beautiful, landscaped gardens, coconut
trees and umbrellas over each table provide a secluded and relaxed
atmosphere. Lunch features the classic Italian pizza baked in a
wood-fired oven, simple pasta dishes and an ample salad bar, while
dinner sees the addition of traditional Italian dishes
Omang
Omang Grill - The Omang Omang Grill, housed in a traditional
fisherman's beach house with a thatched roof for cover, is the resort's
seafood and grill restaurant. Magnificent garden and pool views
are one of the main attractions of this relaxed venue, which serves
a light menu and snacks for lunch and a selection of fresh fish
and prime cuts cooked on an authentic charcoal grill for dinner.
Located directly off the main Lobby, overlooking the pools.
